Comments
Comments: The trail up Pierce is in fantastic shape. 100% hard-packed snow up until the Mizpah Cutoff. Ever-so-slightly driftier after that up to the summit spur intersection. The last ~.1 to the summit is largely bare with a few icy patches. I wore Microspikes throughout, but kind of wished I'd worn snowshoes (spare for the last summit push) as conditions were pretty dreamy.

I went up and down the peak 3 times this afternoon - a fun workout with decent vert given how chilly it was up high!
