Comments
Comments: RBT had a couple of inches new snow down low but we were able to find the stable monorail without much difficulty. Depth increased as we approached the height of land but with the post holing from previous hikers we felt safer on light traction. As we entered the bush whack we realized that snowshoes were not necessary with the mostly consolidated snow in the woods. Lots of spruce traps but snowshoes would only have made it more difficult to extract. A pretty nice whack with the exception of one small section of pencil pine. Thanks Gordo and Rueben for another great day.
