Comments
Comments: From the parked car at 1800' up to approx 2300' we made our way up through significant areas of slash, deep skidder ruts and churned up frozen chunks of dirt.
At 2300' we entered wide open hardwoods. At 2600' we turned SW into the spruce and met the trail. Climbed to the first floor of the tower but there were no views due to low clouds. Snomo tracks were observed on the summit. There appears to be a recently cut 20' wide path leading to the summit from the south.
Carried low flotation snowshoes but booted with microspikes.
