| Comments: |
Began on the Pemi-East Side trail out of Lincoln Woods. Walked about .3 miles until I came to Zack's tracks. Followed tracks through open hard wood forest. At about the 1/2 way point trail began to climb ridge and toward to top the climb was steep, but fairly open, with occasional spruce/fir brushing my face. At the ridge top followed track north for 1/4 mile and found canister on a high point nob. I placed a new notebook in canister and headed back Zack's track. Thanks Zack for the great route. What a great day to celebrate the first day of spring, clear blue sky, no wind and warm. |
