I parked on Valley road on the Alton, New Durham Line. Posted land can be fully avoided by staying to the west of a posted lot. |

From the town line, I began bushwhacking up, soon crossing another paved road. There is enough snow that snowshoes were the best choice. I worked up in open woods and young hardwoods until I popped out below the pond and walked up to the highpoint and communication tower. Very nice views today at sunset. I followed my tracks out. |
