Comments
Comments: Meetup group of seven. Snowshoes round-trip. Mostly frozen granular conditions in the woods, with some crust up higher.

The trail had been broken out by a pair of skiers over an old snowshoe track. We broke it out again. Pretty easy and steady going up to the summit, which was chilly from the wind but not too bad. Nice views despite the overcast. The fire tower footings are just above the snowpack. On the descent, we considered taking the snowmobile trail, but stuck to the hiking trail and packed it down further.
