Comments
Comments: Thought this was going to be a a nice spring hike. Changed out to a water bladder, it froze. Snowed all day. Followed a set of shoe prints that stopped. Then had to backtrack. Not a lot of trail marks. Felt more like bushwhacking today, lots of starts, stops and where is the trail comments. Broke out 1-2' of snow all day, some sections were over 3' deep. Quite a work-out for a spring hike. We all commented that this is not what we expected. But it was a great work out, started our redlining of the RMC trails north of Rte. 2. Thanks Rob & Laureen for including us today, although as we said at the end who else who say yes to a hike today.
