| Parking/Access Road Notes: |
Blueberry Mt. Rd was open and cleared, but Long Pond Rd was not. Parking is available on the side of the street. |
|
| Surface Conditions: |
Wet Trail, Wet/Slippery Rock, Standing/Running Water on Trail, Mud - Minor/Avoidable, Snow - Wet/Sticky, Leaves - Significant/Slippery, Snow/Ice - Postholes |
|
| Recommended Equipment: |
Snowshoes |
|
| Water Crossing Notes: |
The rivers were not high, but they were rushing. Easily maneuverable though. |
|
| Trail Maintenance Notes: |
Great cairns to point you in the right direction, but it gets confusing when you do a point to point and the blazes are covered in snow. There are a few forks in the road coming from Blueberry Mountain Rd. and they aren't marked. |
|
| Dog-Related Notes: |
We brought our dog and he loved the trail, but with all the snow, he was definitely tired out. |

| Comments: |
The trail was completely covered in deep, wet snow that would give with every step we took. Expect post-holes and very slippery terrain. |
