Old Mountain Erode is a mess right now with running water, deep mud, and collapsing ice.
Crawford Ridgepole has growing barespots, as well as sections of monorail and spring snow.
I booted roundtrip due to the messy conditions. If staying on the ridge longer, I'd probably use snowshoes. Route 113 approaches are closed for mud season.
Still full ice cover visible on the lakes. |
