Comments
Comments: An afternoon walk to check out the relatively new Swope Winant Connector Trail here in Concord, which provides a 1.6 mi. link between Winant Park and Swope Park (Jerry Hill). This is an excellently constructed trail with a smooth footbed over rolling terrain and through nice woods. Dry trail throughout with just a couple areas of minor mud. This is a great new link in a trail system that now stretches from Winant Park to Carter Hill. Shortly before reaching Swope Park, the trail passes through private property for a short stretch. Thank you to the landowners for allowing access!
