| Comments: |
Started early and hit the summit 1/2 hr before sunrise in hopes for a good show but the summit was socked in the clouds. I hung out for about an hr 1/2 to see if it was going to clear. It finally cleared a bit before I headed back down well after sunrise. You just never know what your going to get. Cold and windy up top and sunny and warm down low. Just a monorail on the lower parts of the trail. still lots of deep snow up high. It was a great day to be out and got to check out the new Ravine Lodge they are building. |
