Parking/Access Road Notes
Parking/Access Road Notes: I parked in large entry way of a gated road on Halls Brook Road that is marked as a "Victorias Mt Way" on the NHF&G topo map--it appears to be a private driveway to two homes/hunting camps. The map shows the road ending at a quarry, I saw some big ledges but nothing else.

Comments
Comments: I was able to dash up this road/driveway, it is only posted no snowmobiling. About half way up the steep road a snowmobile crosses and there is another locked gate and lots of no snowmoile signs. I continued up all the way, nice road turned into much more like a nice class 6 and then a grassy woods road all the way to the ridge. I could hear the wind turbines and it was a short whack to tower W6 and then I followed the wind farm roads to the highpoint behind tower W4. What fabulous panorama! I liked to ride my mountain bike on the tower roads on the ridge to soak it all up. I returned the same way and boy the road seemed a lot steeper on the way down. I didn't see anyone and it doesn't appear anyone has driven here this spring but I imagine come summer and hunting season there might be folks home.
