Trail is in great condition with no blowdowns whatsover. |

| Bugs: |
They are a coming. Whenever the breeze would stop the bugs were out. Did find one tick on our legs at the summit. |

| Comments: |
There are only 4-5 short monorail sections left near the summit (each only 10-20' in length and only 1' wide so easily avoidable). Another week and these will disappear. The trail is in great shape with only minor mud sections that are avoidable. Always a great hike to start our hiking season. |
