Comments
Comments: Terrific morning to get soaked even though it wasn't down pouring. Much much mud. I started at the west trailhead (from Wentworth) and was hoping to go up and over, then down to Sucker Brook and then go back up and over. HOWEVER on the EAST side of the summit, there were many areas of rotting snow that kept collapsing as I stepped on it - it was totally unstable. Rather than risk rolling and ankle, I only dropped about 100 vertical feet before heading back up, over, and out. The falls were BEAUTIFUL!!!!!
