The first crossing was a little high. We used the small log crossing for the first part and then rock stepped the rest.

Not too many bugs at the lower elevations. The black flies were out at the higher sections but not annoying. |

There were small areas at the upper elevations that still had sections of monorail that could be easily bypassed.
No micros needed. The mud at the first sections wasn't too bad. You could rock hop or stay to the side of the trail. |
