Parking/Access Road Notes
Parking/Access Road Notes: Ravine Lodge Road gate closed about 1 mile from trails. Lot was full and had to park on side of road at 9am.

Surface Conditions: Dry Trail, Wet Trail, Wet/Slippery Rock, Standing/Running Water on Trail, Mud - Minor/Avoidable, Mud - Significant

Water Crossing Notes: All were bridged or very minor.  
Trail Maintenance Notes
Trail Maintenance Notes: Trail was very wet in places.  
Dog-Related Notes
Dog-Related Notes: Saw some. Would be fine for experienced dogs.  
Bugs
Bugs: They were there. Weren't that bad while hiking or on summit, but were bad when we stopped.

Comments: Trip with the AMC Boston family hiking group. Very nice and enjoyable loop over Moosilauke and the South Peak. Pretty warm day with only a little wind at summit. Ravine Lodge being worked on. Heard it should be done by September/October.
