Parking/Access Road Notes
Parking/Access Road Notes: No issue finding parking at 5:30am. Parking area was just about full when we finished at 12:45.

Surface Conditions: Dry Trail, Wet Trail, Wet/Slippery Rock, Standing/Running Water on Trail, Mud - Minor/Avoidable, Mud - Significant

Water Crossing Notes
Water Crossing Notes: First crossing was not too bad. Just carefully pick your spots. 
Trail Maintenance Notes
Trail Maintenance Notes: Clear of blowdowns, but looks like some recent trees/branches broken towards the top of trail. 
Dog-Related Notes
Dog-Related Notes: Had two with us today, and they seemed to be loving it! Except for the wind on the observation platform... 
Bugs
Bugs: Brutal down low. Mosquitoes and black flies everywhere. Bug spray helped, but not very pleasant.

Comments: Trail is in good shape for the most part. Some lower sections still fairly muddy, but nothing too bad. A little bit of water on the rocks in spots, but again, nothing terrible.
