headed into the woods eastbound and had good going with some thick spots for a while.Then for the top 1/4 I encountered LOTS of thickness up to the summit area and that was nice compared to up there. some of the worst crap to wade thru I've ever seen. I eventually found the bottle on the south knob and agree it seems like the right place. i'm not going up there again if it is or isn't. returned to rt.26 on a better route north of my ascent. wow what a wretched mountain! |
