drove less than a mile to a sunken culvert and walked another 1/2 mile. went into the woods westbound thru good woods up to the summit to the highpoint of the north peak. easy going all the way. headed down to the col steeply and crossed a brook. going up the south peak was steep but with a lot of openness. there are a lot of bumps to go over to get to the bottle and i'm not sure it is on the highest so do them all cause it's easy. on descent I went down to the col and across the brook and onto a snowmobile rd. out to the main rd. it was muddy in spots and took me further south than I wanted but it was a nice easy walk back to the car. nice mountains. |
