| Dog-Related Notes: |
Took our 11 yr old furry aussie mix-- this is about as technical as she can handle with her old lady joints, but she did great. Saw a couple other dogs. Good flowing water in small streams down low, then not much until the hut. Carry dog water on a hot day. |

| Bugs: |
Minimal, finally! Only black fly bite happened in parking lot. |

| Comments: |
Took our one month old daughter up to the hut via Greenleaf (return the same way) for her first White Mountain excursion. Could not pass up the glorious weather! Also had never seen Eagle Pass before... GORGEOUS! Will come up again some time to hang out at the pass. Passed several groups even though this is a less used trail. It is still well used. Highly recommended to avoid the crowds on OBP and see something different. |
