Was hoping to be able to mountain bike the jeep roads all the way to the pond but the rocks were just too washed out to get any sort of speed up for the uphill, so I turned around and headed north further on the RR grade. Very nice RR grade (shared with ATV's) - not too dusty, but, then again, only a couple other users on the trail when I was there. Really nice vistas and rock cuts, but, mostly treed. I turned around at the AT (Wachipauka Pond Trail). |
