Comments
Comments: Took a comfortable morning run up, over, and around Mt. Israel. There wasn't much running going on while on Wentworth Trail, but the views on the summit, and the ledges accessed by the herd path were more than worth the sweaty climb. We cruised on down Mead and Guinea Pond, before tackling the ups and downs along Sandwich Notch Road, and Bearcamp River, where we soaked our lower legs in the pool below Beede Falls. Back to the car just after noontime, to ice cold beers, reward for our effort. Only saw two folks on the summit, nice and quiet today.
