crossed perry stream in thigh deep water that was moving a bit too fast. won't do that again! twice today was 2 too many! |

buzzy's trail has a big washed culvert and is closed to atv's. |

used old sneakers to cross the stream(river) while carrying my boots. wacked over to farr rd. then across buzzy's tr. to cowen hill rd. started to b'wack from near the HOL thru wet and slimy woods with lots of water everywhere. I found the jar up top after a little searching and then went back down about the same way I went up. wish I could have done this on a nice dry day like last year when I did cowen hill itself. I would not recommend crossing perry stream with the water this high!!! |
