Comments
Comments: i followed the valley trail around to a three way junction (i forget the other trails) located uphill behind the main resort buildings. an unnamed blue blazed snowshoe trail left to the east and i followed this trail up to a lookout tower. the trail continued up to a cabin with a nice view. from beyond the cabin the trail to the summit is marked with orange blazes and crosses over some nice ledges with views before reaching the ledgy highpoint. the trail continues a short distance down to the main ledge and cliff, prominent when viewed from 153, where there are great views west and south. a very nice spot. i returned on the same route.
