Comments
Comments: Trail begins in a field then goes through a wooded area (muddy) to the next field and then the next really muddy area. Trail then climbs steeply basically in a washout area with many boulders and gravel. There is a view on the right just before the actual peak. The actual peak with the old tower foundations is viewless. Dropping down steeply on the backside it is a bout 0.9 mile to the south cliffs where there is a awesome view, although the view from the first field is pretty good! The old mine spur is about a 0.1 mile before the south cliffs on the left marked by a small cairn. Keep following small cairns and a treadway very steeply for about 0.2 mile to the old mineshaft.
