Parking/Access Road Notes: road to the ski area was open though un paved in sections with storm damage evident

Water Crossing Notes: crossings low and easily crossed

Trail Maintenance Notes: lower part of this trail to the upper crossing in great shape..lots of handy steps and well diverted water

Dog-Related Notes: lots of water for cooper to the upper got pretty busy and too distracting with the volume of hikers after awhile and we went and played in the brook 
Bugs: essentially none 
Lost and Found
Lost and Found: pile of old crap..glasses..keys a mitten etc etc at the trail head 
Comments: nice day out as cooper set out on his first 4k. hot day, but plenty of sips and dips below the viewpoint a little busy and distracting for him above that so we retraced steps and enjoyed the brook..very fun day out
