Parking/Access Road Notes: road to the ski area was open though un paved in sections with storm damage evident

Water Crossing Notes: crossings low and easily crossed

Trail Maintenance Notes: lower part of this trail to the upper crossing in great shape..lots of handy steps and well diverted water

Dog-Related Notes: lots of water for cooper to the upper crossing..it got pretty busy and too distracting with the volume of hikers after awhile and we went and played in the brook

Bugs: essentially none 
Lost and Found
Lost and Found: pile of old crap..glasses..keys a mitten etc etc at the trail head

Comments: nice day out as cooper set out on his first 4k. hot day, but plenty of sips and dips below the viewpoint ..got a little busy and distracting for him above that so we retraced steps and enjoyed the brook..very fun day out
