| Parking/Access Road Notes: |
Long Pond Road is completely closed from the southeastern access. This will add on 0.7 miles to get to the actual trailhead. |

All the water crossings were quite easy |

| Trail Maintenance Notes: |
Some areas appear washed out on the trail itself from the heavy rains a couple weeks ago. Long Pond Road is closed vehicles because of severe washout areas. |

| Dog-Related Notes: |
There were some standing puddles and small running streams on the trail for drinking for our four-legged friends, however, it did rain last night, so it may not be completely reliable if it does not rain for a few days. |

| Comments: |
Our approach today was from the south eastern start of the Blueberry Mountain Trail. Foggy start, however the skies did clear up with great views towards Mousilaukee. Because of the rain last night, the rocks were quite slippery. As mentioned above, the road off of Sanitorium Road is closed, so this does add on 0.7 miles one way. |
