Parking/Access Road Notes: Only one car at trailhead when we arrived- 2 others when we returned. Space is limited at Bangor rd but there looks like additional spaces a few hundred yards away.

Dog-Related Notes: Didn't see any but have seen dogs on more difficult trails.

Bugs: None except for some cool dragon flies at summit.

Comments: Great trail! Relentless climb. Lower ledges from mt surprise to second viewpoint were dry- upper ledges were wet but manageable. 360 view from summit makes this a must do!
