Parking/Access Road Notes: Parked at the Basin lot on east side of the highway, .8 mile from Liberty Spring Trailhead by the Recreation Path.

Surface Conditions: Dry Trail, Wet Trail, Wet/Slippery Rock, Mud - Minor/Avoidable

Water Crossing Notes
Water Crossing Notes: Several crossings of Dry Creek, but it seemed low and they required about one rock each. 
Trail Maintenance Notes
Trail Maintenance Notes: A fair amount of mud on the FRT segment between Liberty Spring and Falling Waters Trails, but that mainly a flat stretch and probably unavoidable.

Comments
Comments: Descending the Falling Waters Trail was a pain, as the rocks were slippery. Better for ascent, as the Guide says. On the other hand, I enjoyed Cloudland Falls in the afternoon sun.
