On the new section of Galeriver Trail there are many "mud wallows". I counted around 15 and at least 5 of these have logs attempting to be used as steppers. There was also a blowdown between boulder turn and "Jacob's Ladder" steep part |

Had a good day out and about. Met several through hikers, a family from Wales, and some other very nice folks. Temps in the morning were cool and it never got hot. Fall is coming. |
