Great day overall. The North Slide is always a great route when it's dry. It was today with temps in the 70's
We had the trails to ourselves and did not see another hiker all day. Middle and South peaks had the normal mud but no big deal. South Slide seemed to go forever but the footing was not so bad. Walk out was a slog. # 31, #32 2nd round of all the 48...A bit tougher in our sixties! |
