i parked on bridgewater hill road in bridgewater roughly south of the summit. there were a number of decent parking opportunities in the vicinity and i noted no prohibitions. |

i headed straight up towards the summit in generally open regrowth woods jumping a bobcat along the way. the recognized highpoint is pretty near the center of the large summit contour. i then headed over to the other high contour with the spot elevation in the name of dilligence and found it to be substantially lower. i headed straight down from the lower summit bump with decent woods all the way back to the car. a nice quick hike before joining charlie and nancy foote for their nh500 finish on west plymouth mountain. |
