Comments
Comments: Quiet morning starting from the basin parking lot up the Basin-Cascades Trail to Cascade Brook Trail. Some beautiful waterfalls on the trail. No issues crossing the river. Took Kinsman Pond Trail up to Kinsman Pond. Beautiful trail, about 1/2 way up rocks start getting mossier and slippery. A few spots to stop and relax along Kinsman Pond before reaching the shelter. Kinsman Ridge Trail up to North and South Kinsman. Thank you to the guy who told me to keep going past the false summit to South Kinsman! Back down Kinsman Ridge to Fishin Jimmy Trail - some slick rocks. Lonesome Lake trail was a quick decent and the Pemi trail was very leaf covered, but super quick back to the parking lot.
