Water Crossing Notes
Water Crossing Notes: TAKE WATER SHOES for the third crossing. I only saw one guy make it across without getting his feet wet. He took a big jump across a couple boulders. His girlfriend went next, and she fell in up to her waist. I have light trail shoes so I took off my socks. But the best bet is a pair of cheap light water shoes.
Trail Maintenance Notes
Trail Maintenance Notes: The trail is like a creek bed in a lot of spots above the river; this part needs a lot of work. I recommend waterproof shoes and gaiters.
