Comments
Comments: What was going to be a short hike up to Livermore turned into a loop to pick up a few redlines.

All trails were a mix of dry trail, wet trail and a thin layer of crusty snow. I carried spikes but did not use them. OMR on the north side is exactly as advertised, very eroded with areas of mud and a small stream running down one section. The south side is less eroded (but still significantly so) with areas of mud near the ridge. All other trails / roads in good shape with good footing. Nice knee-friendly switchbacks descending Livermore toward Cotton. Excellent views from Livermore, a very nice spot.

This is a really near area with many old stone walls. Are the granite posts on Livermore boundary markers?
