This is not a “trail†report— more of a road report. I took my new AWD vehicle up to the whites today looking to test it in wintery driving conditions. Jefferson Notch Road is still open end to end but there’s a few inches of snow on it. Would guess it will be closed soon. Might not have made it up without at least snowtires if not AWD. No cars in the lot but a couple sets of tracks on the south side and one on the north. Thanks mark for your post from earlier in the week. Hope this helps Saturday and Sunday hikers. |
