Easy parking at Ferncroft Parking Trailhead. By 8:30am there were 3 other cars there. Plenty of room for parking. Free. Porta potty. |

Excellent hike and beautiful views before the top. The ledges were tricky with the new snow. We had to work as a team to get up a couple but the three of us hikers are all 5' 6" or under. :) Icy in spots and spikes were a must for us. Trail starts off with leaves and moves to light crusty snow then by midway more powder snow. At the top, there was about 7" or more of fresh powder. |
