Comments
Comments: Great hike, minimal icy spots on trail at start. mud in sections. Snow covered rocks shortly before the junction right before Mt. Crawford. It didn't seem slick to me, I barebooted, friend put on microspikes, but stretch between Mt. Crawford Junction and Mt. Parker Trail Junction was trace snow and minimal ice, so we barebooted. Mt. Parker trail was more icy, open ledges, put on the microspikes to go over the ledges, snow was wet and clumping on the spikes. Views were amazing. Trail was in great shape. Didn't see a single other soul the whole day but we were following some bear tracks for a little ways.
