| Trail Maintenance Notes: |
The trail was packed out to the hut. Saw many to that point in bare boots. Between the juct. on the ridge and wildcat A peak there were a 1/2 dozen step overs and duck unders. Someone had cut a few branches off the trees to make it easier to get by and i cut a few more. They may be a problem as we get more snow. Same Between Peek A and D. There looked like one set of tracks a few days ago but nothing fresh. We added to the track and its packed out good now all the way over across the ridge. |

Long day on the ridge in the bitter cold. -6F when we started but no wind. Took some effort to pack this trail out But a fun day was had by buttsledding down the polecat as the ski area was just closing with a thumbs up from the ski patrol. |
