Mt. Pemigewasset Trail has been broken out nicely; well consolidated; could have climbed it with microspikes, but snowshoes worked fine as well.
Some bare-booters ruined the Indian Head trail, which had a snowshoe base, but was riddled with frickin' postholes and indentations from barebooting. Now that the trail is setting, it was more messy. There were a few of us, so hopefully we evened out the trail some with our snowshoes. |
