| Comments: |
First 1.4 miles of Sawyer Rd are packed down by snowmobiles. Last .6 is packed with snowshoes and skis. Signal Ridge to the intersection(1.8) is also packed although you'll need snowshoes. I broke one mile up towards Carrigain, but snow depths are 2 1/2 feet and it appears no one has been on that trail since the snows began in December. The 2.2 miles I left are steep and deep. Bring a group and a good attitude! |
