Comments
Comments: Trail is well packed from 302 all the way up to Ripley falls. There is plenty of thick stable ice to take pictures and take in the views. I broke trail with snowshoes from Ripley Falls up to the intersection with Frankenstein Cliff trail. Took Frankenstein cliff trail to a small outlook and turned around there as I was tired from breaking trail, still carrying my overnight gear from my stay at Ethan Pond Campsite(see other report for info on that).
