Dog-Related Notes

Comments
Comments: We started too late in the day to do anything long. We took the Pemi Trail from the Climbers' Registry down to the LaFayette Campground. This trail had been established and then snowed on. About halfway it had been postholed as well. We used snowshoes here. I stepped a little too much to the side and postholed myself. Prema weighs less and hardly did at all. Nice views of the surrounding mtns with the openness winter brings. Took Bike Path back to car. Lots of snowmobilers enjoying the day.
Next we drove to the basin. Walked around enjoying the ice. Prema used microspikes, I used Hillsounds (lost one Micosike).
