Comments
Comments: Lincoln woods was a frozen granular highway, likewise up Bondcliff trail. No spikes up. Things were getting postholey a half mile below Bondcliff summit. Ice and rock across ridge and half way up to Mount Bound, soft/posthole city last wooded section below Mount Bond summit. Traveling down and over to West Bond was very soft, though temps had become warm at this point (10:30am, ~35F) lots of blowdowns and going up West Bond. Used snowshoes for this part as I was holing up to my ... Overall conditions were fantastic for this time of year, lots of good footing and smooth trails. Took 9 hours out and back.
