| Comments: |
Whitehouse had been broken out by one other hiker, maybe out and back. Bike path well packed by snow machines. Liberty Spring unbroken at bottom until it intersected with bushwhack from Basin or other points north. Then trail had been broken open by a single hiker on snow shoes who headed over to Flume from Liberty. Trail is soft, may not have been hiked since Sunday's storm. Thanks to the hiker in front of me for all the hard work opening this trail up. They clearly had a much bigger engine then I did. Don't even think about hiking with out your snowshoes. |
