Comments
Comments: Took advantage of a small window of weather this morning and chose to do Carrigain. There has been I was happy to see I would not have to break it out, thank you to those who did it yesterday. Snowshoes were absolutely needed and I kept them on the whole hike. Trail is still very soft in places, some sections I was sinking a few inches with step step. Once up on the ridge there was some drifting and the approach to the summit could still use a few more sets of snow shoes.

Completed this hike in exactly 6 hours. The difficult trail conditions, being in the clouds all day with zero visibility, and pelted with freezing rain for the last 6 miles only makes this beer taste better.
