Comments
Comments: Trails were packed down solid. Some post holes up to Pierce mostly after the junction with the Mizpah Cutoff. Ice patches were sprinkled on the Crawford Path between Pierce and Eisenhower. We were aiming for both Eisenhower and Pierce today but significant ice on the Eisenhower Loop deterred some of my party, even with full crampons. Can't complain though. Absolutely gorgeous day with very little winds. On the way down, we tried for the Crawford Cliff but it looks like the storms cut off the trail close to the outlook. Some tracks looked to bypass the downed trees but we didn't try for it. It looked a bit sketchy.
