Comments
Comments: Great day to get out and tag a new 4k and grab some red-lining miles. Thanks Jon for the previous report and further packing with snowshoes as it was helpful. Wore spikes all day, the snow had melted and consolidated and frozen solid overnight. Stepping off monorail surely meant posholeing so we stayed on the packed tread-way. Trail was seemingly unbroken past Cabot summit which squashed our plans of hitting the Horn and attempting the loop. Didn't want to take the chance of getting off trail as it would defeat the purpose of red-lining.
