Many thanks to the folks who broke trail over the weekend ahead of me. I mean, really, I don't know how you do it! (And I did wear my snowshoes, so don't send the Post Hole Police after me, I was a good old man:) Moriah summit was spooky looking, very surreal, under gathering dark clouds late in afternoon. So much snow you could easily walk up that last scramble, no crampons necessary. ..And now working on much more snow. |
