Comments
Comments: Sorry for the late posting. Garfield is now 2/3 broken, but unbroken and deep powder for the final 1.5 miles. Wear your biggest snow shoes with tails and whatever. You will sink ~12 inches on every step so take along extra carbs to keep you going.

Yesterday we tried to summit but I ran out of mojo and we gave up at 2pm. Someone had already broken the trail for the first 1.5 miles so that was easy. My beast partner Frederh broke the next 2 miles. But we were only gaining 150m vertical every hour and still had 300m vertical to climb so we called it a day.

Good luck!!
